50 people can be seated for a dinner or 80 maximum for a standing event. Approximately 1150 square feet.
This is an open, multi-purpose room with large windows. Foyer and washrooms offer wheelchair accessibility and baby change station. Located adjacent to the Sir James Douglas School, the main door access is from 1335 Thurlow Road. Available equipment: 50 Chairs, 10 tables, and a sound system (all included in rental).
Fridays:
6:00 PM - 9:30PM (event must end by 9pm)
$80/hr or $200 flat rate
Saturdays:
3:30 PM – 10:00 PM (event must end by 9:30 PM)
$80/hr or $350 flat rate
Sundays:
1:00 PM-7:00 PM (event must end by 6:30pm)
$80/hr or $250 flat rate
$60 to add Corinne’s kitchen to any rental, based on availability
